Job Requirements :
- 9+ years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing.
- Proven track record in account management, client acquisition, or client success management.
- Strong understanding of the US IT market trends, with robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
