Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Leasing & Property Sourcing Manager responsible for identifying suitable properties, building relationships with property owners and brokers, negotiating commercial terms, and sourcing properties for leasing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify properties suitable for leasing requirements.
- Source properties through brokers, property owners, online portals, and market visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, CPs, and real estate brokers.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate site visits.
- Collect and verify property details, documents, availability, rent, deposit, and other commercial terms.
- Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals.
- Maintain a database of available properties and active leads.
- Coordinate with clients, owners, brokers,
and internal sales/leasing teams.
- Track leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures through regular reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and upcoming properties.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, negotiation, and closure targets.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate and leasing market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of property portals and online property-search platforms.
- Ability to generate leads independently through market research and networking.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
