Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Lead Workforce Planning, Talent Management, OD, Performance Management and Capability Building.
- Drive Talent Acquisition, C&B;, Employee Engagement, ER and HR Governance.
- Partner with senior leadership on organization design, culture and workforce productivity.
- Leverage HR analytics and digital HR solutions to improve effectiveness.
- Oversee HR operations, compliance and Administration/Facilities.
