Job Summary

Solar Ace Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the solar segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and closing solar project deals with corporate, industrial, and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2C business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, industry connections, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, government policies, and renewable energy developments.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduat,MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and close business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Solar EPC, Renewable Energy industries preferred.
- Result-driven individuals with a strong sales mindset.
- Good knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English communication will be preferred.
