Job Summary
Jai Maa Kali Enterprises is looking for a motivated and energetic Salesperson to manage and grow sales across Rishikesh and nearby areas. The role involves visiting retail outlets, maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit assigned retail and wholesale outlets regularly.
* Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Identify and onboard recent retailers and business opportunities.
* Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market.
* Collect market feedback and share competitor insights.
* Coordinate with the distributor team for order fulfillment and stock availability.
* Follow up on payments and outstanding dues where required.
* Maintain daily sales reports and route plans.
Working Schedule
* Days: 6 days per week
* Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Break: 2-hour break during the day
* Weekly off as per company policy.
Requirements
* Minimum High School/Intermediate qualification (graduates preferred).
* Prior experience in FMCG, distributor sales, or field sales is an advantage.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
* Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
* Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Preferred Candidate
* Resident of Rishikesh or nearby areas.
* Familiarity with local markets in Raiwala, Chidderwala, Agrakhal, Ranipokhri, and Doiwala.
* Experience handling retailer and distributor networks.
