Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Offer & Product Marketing qualified to drive the end-to-end management of Data Center Services offers, covering offer strategy, value proposition, pricing, sales enablement, launch, and execution. The role will focus on expanding digital and recurring service revenues while strengthening the adoption of service solutions across the Data Center portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end offer lifecycle, including what to sell, how to position, pricing, quotation, and execution.
- Develop and implement offer strategies based on market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and business priorities.
- Support the transition from traditional Capex-led business models toward recurring-revenue models through IoT, connected solutions, and digital services.
- Drive adoption of digital services, connected offerings, and digitization across the core Data Center business.
- Support new offer launches, offer updates, product lifecycle activities, and phase-in/phase-out initiatives.




- Develop and deliver training and sales enablement programs for internal sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Drive the profitability, revenue growth, and commercial success of assigned offers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure effective service enablement and product lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, pricing guidelines, and supporting commercial tools.
- Leverage installed-base data and analytics to identify opportunities, generate leads, and support targeted sales campaigns.
- Support proposal and sales teams with offer documentation, costing tools, pricing guides, and commercial inputs.
- Contribute to marketing and sales plans, including campaign development, execution, and opportunity tracking through CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
