Experience: 5+ years in Interior Fit-Out / Project Supervision
Location: Kolkata | Willingness to travel to project sites

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Interior Project Supervisor to independently manage and supervise interior project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and design.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and other trades.
- Monitor quality, measurements, materials and timelines.
- Ensure smooth coordination between site and design teams.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively.
- Maintain site discipline, cleanliness and safety.
- Track progress and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements




- 5+ years of relevant interior site experience.
- Robust practical knowledge of interior execution and finishing.
- Ability to read and understand working drawings.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Must be responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and capable of taking ownership of a project site.
- Experience in high-end residential, commercial, retail or jewellery showroom projects will be preferred.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
