Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented F&B; Service GSA (Guest Service Associate) to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant and dining operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a qualified and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests, queries, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper billing and payment procedures are followed.
- Maintain adequate service supplies and equipment.




- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Provide a pleasant dining experience to guests.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant F&B; experience may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
