Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Supply Chain & Inventory Management with a proven track record in the Electrical Products industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations involving **LED Lighting, Wires & Cables, Electrical Accessories, Switchgear, Electrical Tapes, or similar products**.





The role requires strong knowledge of inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement, warehouse operations, logistics management, ERP systems, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Job description
- Own end-to-end Supply Chain Operations Procurement, Inventory Planning, Warehousing, Logistics & Distribution
- Manage high-volume, multi-SKU inventory (wire gauges, cable variants, LED wattages, accessories)
- Run demand forecasting, S&OP;, and procurement planning in coordination with Sales & Finance
- Negotiate with domestic & international suppliers on pricing, lead times, and terms
- Track raw material trends (Copper, Aluminium, PVC) to inform procurement decisions
- Drive stock audits, cycle counts, FIFO, and inventory reconciliation via ERP
- Own key KPIs: Inventory Turnover, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Dead Stock, Order Fulfilment
- Lead and mentor Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory & Logistics
