IT Executive Job Description

Position: IT Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees and outlets, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support the company's IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to office, factory, and outlet users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, internet, and system issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Support ERP/POS and other business applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password-related issues.
- Ensure regular data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Support software installation, updates, and system maintenance.




- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
- Provide IT support during current system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Travel to branches/outlets when required for technical support.
- Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of business-critical IT issues.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, and switches.
- Experience in ERP/POS support will be an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with users, vendors, and different departments.
- Willingness to travel to company outlets when required.

Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
