About the Role

Webquick India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting employees, handling basic office tasks, and ensuring a well-organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and guests.
- Keep meeting rooms, workspaces, and common areas clean and organized.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic document-related work.
- Manage and organize office stationery and supplies.
- Receive, send, and distribute courier and parcels.
- Assist with basic office errands and administrative tasks.




- Purchase or arrange office supplies whenever required.
- Support employees and management with day-to-day office requirements.
- Ensure office equipment and common areas are properly maintained.
- Follow instructions given by the management and maintain qualified behaviour.
- Perform other general office-support duties as assigned.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of office work and equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
