We are looking for a Project Manager who is organized, proactive, and able to coordinate projects, teams, and clients effectively.

About the Role

The Project Manager will coordinate with clients and internal teams including Content, SEO, Design, Development, Campaigns, Social Media, and Sales to ensure projects are planned, tracked, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate projects from start to completion.
- Create and track tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct or assist with project kick-off and status calls.
- Follow up on tasks, approvals, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Prepare project updates, meeting notes, and reports.




- Identify delays or issues early and escalate when required.
- Ensure projects meet timelines and quality expectations.
- Maintain project documentation and trackers.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and workflows.
