To manage and facilitate all statutory approvals, permissions, and clearances across MIDC and other government authorities for real estate projects, ensuring seamless compliance and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Liaisoning & Approvals
- Coordinate with MIDC officials and other regulatory bodies for project-related approvals, permissions, and clearances.
- Manage end-to-end documentation and submission process for:
- Land allotment / transfer approvals
- Building plan sanctions
- Commencement Certificate (CC) / Occupation Certificate (OC)
- NOCs from MIDC and allied departments
- Follow up regularly with authorities to ensure timely approvals.
2. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all MIDC regulations, urban development norms, and statutory requirements.
- Stay updated on latest policies, circulars, and regulatory changes affecting real estate development.
- Mitigate delays by proactively addressing compliance gaps.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with MIDC officials, government authorities,
consultants, and external agencies.
- Act as a single point of contact for liaisoning matters related to assigned projects.
- Coordinate internally with design, legal, projects, and approvals teams.
4. Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain records of all submissions, approvals, correspondences, and legal documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents submitted to authorities.
- Work closely with architects, consultants, and legal teams for document preparation.
5. Issue Resolution
- Identify potential bottlenecks in approval processes and proactively resolve them.
- Handle queries, objections, or compliance gaps raised by authorities.
- Ensure smooth processing without impacting project timelines.
Key Requirements
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Civil / Architecture / Law background).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in liaisoning, specific
