Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager.



The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients across target industries, and develop strategic plans to expand the company’s OSH&E; services and software solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations (virtual and in-person as required), preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, track market trends and competitor activity, and report on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. The Business Development Manager will also contribute to marketing initiatives, participate in industry events and webinars, and support continuous improvement of service offerings.
