Mandatory Technical Skills
- 8+ years of SAP FICO experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Strong experience in SAP FI:

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- Bank Accounting
- Strong experience in SAP CO:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Profitability Analysis
- Strong knowledge of FI-CO integration.
- Good understanding of S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
- Strong production support and incident management experience.
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Good knowledge of integration with MM and SD.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience.
- Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration/support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori Finance applications.
- Experience with SAP Central Finance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP Group Reporting is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP interfaces and integration technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum or ITIL-based support environment.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- SAP FICO/SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
