Responsible for managing end-to-end production operations, achieving production targets, improving manufacturing efficiency, ensuring food safety compliance, minimizing wastage, and leading production teams.
Responsibilities
• Plan and manage daily production activities to achieve output targets.
• Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time manufacturing.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Planning teams.
• Minimize production losses, wastage, and downtime.
• Lead and mentor production supervisors and shop-floor employees.
• Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational KPIs.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.

* *Min 10 years in FMCG/Food Manufacturing* .
