CEO Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Construction, LPG Bottling & Trading, and Building Materials Trading businesses.
- Develop and execute the company's business growth and expansion strategy.
- Take complete responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow and P&L.;
- Identify and secure current construction, infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects.
- Lead tendering, estimation, BOQ review, costing and commercial negotiations.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
- Manage and develop relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
- Monitor project-wise costs, margins, billing, collections and profitability.
- Establish strong systems for project planning, MIS, reporting, monitoring and performance tracking.




- Lead procurement and vendor negotiations for construction materials, equipment and services.
- Develop and manage a strong team of Project Managers, Engineers, Commercial, Procurement and Site teams.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, statutory compliance and project documentation.
- Identify and control project risks, cost overruns, delays, contractual issues and claims.
- Build new customer networks, strategic partnerships and business opportunities across construction and building materials.
- Create a professional management structure with clear KPIs, accountability and processes, reducing day-to-day dependency on promoters.
