We are looking for Technical Sales Executive who can generate leads and handle online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle online sales inquiries and respond to customer queries promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable borewell/submersible pumps and pump controllers.
- Prepare BOMs, technical quotations, and commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
- Manage online sales inquiries from initial discussion to order confirmation and dispatch.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding pump selection, capacity, application, and controllers.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interactions.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good technical knowledge of Borewell / submersible pumps.
- Knowledge of pump controllers,
control panels, and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and select the appropriate pump.
- Positive knowledge of BOM preparation and quotation making.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling online inquiries and sales platforms.
Candidate Profile
- BE / Diploma in Engineering with a technical background.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in pump sales, electrical products, control panels, or a related industry.
- Should be technically sound, customer-oriented, and capable of independently handling online sales inquiries from inquiry to order.
