Job Summary

The Case Worker (Immigration Analyst) will be responsible for supporting the preparation, processing, and management of US employment-based immigration cases. The role requires solid legal documentation skills, attention to detail, case management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively within a process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support US employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, H-4, EAD, L-1, I-140, I-485,



and other applicable visa categories.
- Prepare, draft, review, and maintain immigration forms, petitions, letters, and supporting documentation.
- Review case documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with applicable requirements.
- Enter and maintain accurate case information in immigration case management systems.
- Monitor case status, identify pending requirements, and follow up on outstanding documentation and information.
- Coordinate with internal teams, attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders on case-related requirements and routine queries.
- Ensure cases are processed within defined timelines, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation throughout the case lifecycle.
- Handle confidential client and immigration information with discretion.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues as required.
