The role involves designing, executing, and analyzing personalization and A/B testing use cases across multiple channels to deliver targeted customer experiences, while collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize results. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise, data analysis, and industry knowledge to drive personalization strategies, troubleshoot issues, generate insights through data analysis, and continuously improve the overall customer experience.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Design and execute personalization and A/B Testing use cases across multiple channels such as website, email, search, social media, and others, including audience creation, creating targeted content, and activation of personalized customer experiences.
- Test and analyze A/B testing and experimentation plans to validate personalization hypotheses.
- Manage and maintain recommendation services (e.g. recommendation engines, energetic content delivery) and personalized UI components, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.




- Collaborate with data engineers to ingest, transform, and activate user data for personalized experiences.
- Analyze and optimize testing and personalization use cases to measure the effectiveness, troubleshooting issues and providing recommendations for future improvements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities for personalization, translate them into actionable concepts and strategy plans, and prioritize use cases and manage the backlog.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and troubleshoot personalization activities, including incident management and technical implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best-practices for personalization and marketing automation, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our personalization strategies.
