We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of closing high-value clients and directly drive revenue.
? Role Overview:
- Handle qualified leads (no cold calling grind)
- Conduct client meetings & site visits
- Close interior projects above ₹15L range
- Maintain follow-ups and drive payment closures
? Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: 30k-50k/month
- Incentives: 2%–5% based on revenue
- Realistic Earnings: ₹60,000 to ₹1,00,000+/month for performers
