- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, repairs, alterations, and other service requests.
- Maintain customer details and update records in the relevant system.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
