Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Manager HR to support and enhance our HR operations. The role involves managing core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training coordination, and HRIS management, while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- End-to-end recruitment process for mid-level and junior positions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of current hires.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Plan and implement engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews; track attrition trends.
3. Performance Management:
- Assist in the execution of the performance appraisal cycle.
- Support managers in goal setting, KPI tracking, and feedback sessions.
4. Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs in collaboration with business units.
- Coordinate with external and internal trainers for timely delivery.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
5. HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
