We are looking for an
Executive Account Manager
with
1–3 years of experience
in an advertising, branding, digital, or creative agency environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, coordinating projects from brief to delivery, and working closely with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and build strong, professional relationships.
- Support and manage multiple projects across
branding, social media, digital, content, and video production
.
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear and actionable internal requirements.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, design, content, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client feedback.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed budgets, and according to quality standards.
- Assist with project budgets, quotations, invoicing, revenue tracking,



and basic profitability monitoring.
- Prepare regular project updates, status reports, and meeting notes for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for
upselling, cross-selling, and account growth
.
- Support new business opportunities, pitches, proposals, and client presentations when required.
- Handle client concerns professionally and work with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience

advertising, branding, digital, marketing, or creative agency

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
