Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer – L3 to manage complex network operations and provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 Network Engineers. The candidate should have solid hands-on Cisco networking experience and be capable of handling critical escalations and enterprise network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide L1/L2 Network Engineers in daily network operations and escalations.
- Handle advanced L3 troubleshooting for enterprise LAN/WAN networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, routing and switching infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, VPN and TCP/IP.
- Monitor network performance and resolve critical incidents.
- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, OEMs, and internal teams.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and technical reports.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience.
- Cisco CCNP Enterprise Certification – Mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Strong L3 troubleshooting and enterprise networking knowledge.
- Experience leading or mentoring L1/L2 Network Engineers.
- Good knowledge of network security/firewalls.
- Strong communication and incident-management skills.
