About the Job:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Content Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality, and SEO-friendly content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining consistency in brand messaging and driving audience engagement.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create compelling content for websites, blogs/Insights, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, product communication, and marketing collateral.
- Develop SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Research industry trends across digital rewards, employee engagement, corporate gifting, loyalty programs, gift cards, incentives, and B2B technology to create relevant and engaging content.
- Proofread, edit, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the design, SEO, sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
- Manage and update website content using CMS platforms.




- Ensure all content aligns with NuSwipe’s brand tone, positioning, business objectives, and target audience.
- Create content for product pages, landing pages, campaigns, presentations, case studies, and corporate communication as required.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, SEO insights, and analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong creative writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Positive understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to research B2B, technology, rewards, employee engagement, corporate gifting, and related industries.
- Strong research, organizational, and time management
