About the Role

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a smart, confident, organized, and highly responsible HR & Corporate Gifting Manager to manage our team while taking ownership of corporate gifting enquiries, client relationships, and order coordination.

This is a key position for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, recommending creative gifting solutions, closing orders, and coordinating projects from enquiry to final delivery.

The role also includes HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee coordination, performance monitoring, and maintaining a productive work environment.

We are looking for candidates interested in a reliable, long-term position. Candidates should be prepared to work with the company for a minimum expected duration of 12 months.





Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Gifting & Client Management
- Handle corporate gifting enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, website, social media, and direct meetings.
- Understand each client's occasion, quantity, budget, branding requirements, and delivery expectations.
- Act as a gifting consultant by recommending suitable products, hamper combinations, packaging ideas, and customization options rather than simply collecting requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, product options, and pricing.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients and work towards converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate professionally and support profitable order conversions.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and encourage repeat business.
- Manage existing and ongoing client conversations until the enquiry or order is completed.
