1. Role and Responsibility
2. Procure to Pay operations which includes Purchase Requisition validations and Purchase Order creations.
3. Procurement Assistance– From flowing in of queries to making amendments on the existing PO’s as per the request, ensuring Vendors meet expected deliverables, creating tickets for blocked purchase requisitions.
4. Maintain the TAT for the procurement process and meeting SLA’s agreed to the client. Handling client escalations.

Educating the Clients and initiators about the process.
6. Assisting Vendor master team.
7. Working with cross functional teams like Accounts Payable team and Functional team as per the request for quick and better resolution.
8. Validation of Purchase requisition as per company standards.
9. Blocking Purchase requisitions and informing to the requester for correction.
10. Checking emails, reply to queries from other departments.
11. Follow up with vendors for onboarding, order acknowledgement and delivery.
12. Maintenance of reports in excels on a weekly basis & updating the tracker.
