Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation and Ticketing Agent to manage, book, and confirm travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle flight reservations, hotel bookings, and cancellations, while offering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Booking Management: Process international and domestic flight bookings, including PNR creation, ticketing, and re-issuance using GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo.
- Customer Service: Handle inbound calls, emails, and, if applicable, WhatsApp messages regarding travel queries, availability, and bookings.
- Itinerary Planning: Assist clients in planning itineraries, including accommodation, transport, and tours.
- Amendments & Cancellations: Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and provide solutions for travel issues or flight disruptions.
- Payment Processing: Securely accept payments and process deposits,



ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, booking logs, and payment summaries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent, Ticketing Executive, or in a similar travel industry role.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
