We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant for our Business Consulting Services (BCS) practice. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive client-facing consulting experience. This role involves leading complex financial transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on financial consolidation processes, group reporting, and consolidation system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end financial consolidation and reporting transformation projects for global enterprises.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors, and senior finance stakeholders.
- Design, review, and optimize group accounting and consolidation processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for consolidation and reporting solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to resolve data, accounting policy, and reporting challenges.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive project governance across multiple workstreams.
- Mentor junior consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality project delivery.




- Support business development activities and contribute to practice growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Education
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA

Experience
- 15+ years of experience in finance consulting, financial transformation, or corporate finance functions.
- Proven experience managing large-scale financial consolidation and reporting projects.
- Robust client-facing experience with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Functional Expertise
- Financial Consolidation and Group Reporting.
- Intercompany Eliminations.
- Multi-Currency Consolidation.
- Minority Interest Accounting.
- Financial Close and Consolidation Processes.
- Corporate Performance Management (CPM/EPM) solutions.

Accounting Standards
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Experience in financial statement preparation, consolidation, and reporting compliance.
