Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved construction drawings and technical specifications.
Monitor material usage and maintain site material records.
Assist in quality control and ensure that the work meets the required standards and tolerances.
Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, labor reports, and material receipts.
Coordinate with other departments such as Planning, Procurement, and Quality Assurance.
Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
Report site issues or discrepancies and suggest practical solutions.
Attend site meetings and assist in preparing status updates.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.




Experience:2 - 3 years of experience in construction site execution.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
Familiarity with site measurement and surveying tools.
Strong observation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work in office, including remote locations if required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on construction sites.
Physically fit to inspect works, climb scaffolding or ladders if necessary.
Willing to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor settings

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
