Job Timing: 11Am to 6 Pm - 6 Days A week
Role Responsibilities
Generating high-quality leads from E-papers, OLX, Facebook Groups, and job portals
Conducting outbound calls to property owners and effectively pitching our 4,999 Premium Listing Plan
Maintaining a detailed daily tracker of leads, outreach attempts, and follow-ups
Coordinating with the onboarding and verification team to ensure seamless listing activation
Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly sales and listing targets
Providing feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve outreach strategies
Eligibility
Education:
12th Pass or Graduate (any stream) - Mandatory
Experience: Freshers welcome. Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support is a plus
Skills: Solid verbal communication in English/Hindi/Marathi/Telugu; self-motivated, target-oriented; access to smartphone + secure internet connection
