We are looking for a Storekeeper to manage day-to-day store and inventory operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper stock records, handling incoming and outgoing materials, organizing the store, and ensuring the availability of required materials.
The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling inventory and documentation.
Freshers with basic knowledge and a willingness to learn can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and condition.
Check materials against invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock.
Issue materials as per authorized requirements.
Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
Ensure proper storage and arrangement of materials.
Monitor stock levels and inform the concerned team about low-stock items.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Identify damaged, excess,
or shortage of materials and report accordingly.
Maintain proper documentation for material movement.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, project, and technical teams when required.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Follow proper safety procedures while handling and storing materials.
Prepare basic inventory reports as required by management.
