Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Service Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring effective and skilled food and beverage service in accordance with the club's luxury hospitality standards. The role requires maintaining guest satisfaction, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Guest Service
Welcome and assist members and guests in a courteous and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages as per established service standards.
Ensure prompt and personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Operations
Set up and maintain restaurant, lounge, banquet, and club service areas.
Ensure tables, stations, and service equipment are clean and well-maintained.




Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations.
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address service issues.
Follow service sequence and standard operating procedures.

Hygiene & Safety
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and club regulations.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues immediately.

Sales & Upselling
Promote menu items, beverages, and special offers.
Upsell food and beverage items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and beverage offerings.

Teamwork
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
Attend training sessions and departmental meetings.
Support special events, banquets, and club functions as required.

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years of exper
