Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day payroll activities, employee attendance, salary processing, statutory compliance, and payroll-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Spine Payroll Software and be comfortable handling payroll processes independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete monthly payroll process for employees.

* Process salaries, deductions, incentives, overtime, and other payroll components accurately and on time.

* Handle employee attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.

Maintain and update employee payroll records in Spine Payroll Software*.

* Generate salary statements, payroll reports, payslips, and other payroll-related documents.

Manage statutory deductions and compliance including \PF, ESIC, PT, TDS\*, and other applicable requirements.





* Coordinate with HR and employees for attendance, leave, salary, and payroll-related queries.

* Prepare monthly payroll MIS and management reports.

* Ensure accurate employee master data and timely updates for current joiners, exits, increments, and salary revisions.

* Handle full & final settlement calculations for exiting employees.

* Maintain proper payroll documentation and records for audit purposes.

* Coordinate with finance/accounts teams for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.

* Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee salary information.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in Spine Payroll Software is mandatory*.

* Valuable knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and payroll deductions*.

* Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR/payroll reporting.
