Roles & Responsibilities
Performing verifications as per the SOPs and preparing reports




Review and audit employment verification cases according to the checklist
Maintaining the TAT (turn-around-time) of completing the request
Ensure the quality of the report is maintained
Bring in creative ideas to optimize operations
Timely resolution of cases where TAT is critical
Support quality benchmarks

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills
Attention to detail.
A diligent and ethical nature is required.
Good typing speed
Should have MS Excel knowledge
Problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work well with a team
