Roles Responsibilities +
Respond to incoming queries via phone, email, or messaging platforms in a timely and qualified manner
Provide accurate information regarding student health reports, program schedules, and assessments
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Maintain detailed records of interactions and escalate concerns when necessary
Assist in follow-up calls related to reports, documentation, and logistics
Ensure smooth and empathetic communication with parents, school staff, and field teams

Qualifications +
Bachelor s degree in any field
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in using email,



Google Sheets, and basic CRM or communication tools
Prior experience in customer service or support is preferred
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
Office-based role; must be comfortable with structured reporting and coordination
