Role & responsibilities
Engineering drawing knowledge & study.
Mechanical parts/components identification & use of knowledge.
Plans assembly sequence by studying drawings, specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.
Hand assembly experience for steel cold rolling mill and process line equipment
Handling & use of measurement equipments.
Use of mechanical tools & tackles.
Maintain secure operations by adhering to safety procedures
Problem identification and troubleshooting.
Ensures compliance to quality, safety & environmental standards as per ISO9001.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification and Experience
ITI/NCTVT course from a recognized institute with around 5-7yrs experience of assembly in any engineering industry.
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of Piping and drawing knowledge.
Expert in use of measuring instruments.
Expert in machine building with accuracy and specifications
