As an HR Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, candidate engagement, stakeholder coordination, and onboarding support.
This internship provides an excellent chance to learn contemporary recruitment practices, HR tools, ATS systems, and corporate hiring processes.

Candidate Screening
Conduct initial resume screening.
Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and skill sets.
Coordinate telephonic or virtual screening discussions.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage interview calendars and follow-up communications.
Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
Update reports and hiring dashboards.
Assist in preparing recruitment documentation.
Employer Branding
Support social media hiring campaigns.
Assist in campus recruitment initiatives.
Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment events.
Onboarding Support
Coordinate with selected candidates.
Assist with pre-joining formalities and documentation.
Support onboarding activities for current hires.
