JOB Description:

Must Have:
6+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Solid hands-on experience in
at least one ServiceNow module
(ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/FSM/GRC/SecOps/SPM, etc.).
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Development.
Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Integrations.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Positive understanding of ITIL processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have:
Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Orchestration.
Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Exposure to ServiceNow AI, GenAI, or Automation capabilities.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
