We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Lead Full-Stack .NET to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in .NET technologies, React, microservices architecture, SQL databases, and MongoDB. In addition to hands-on development experience, the candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and technical architecture skills to drive the successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Skills/Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.
Design and implement microservices-based solutions and APIs.
Define and maintain application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Review code, conduct technical assessments, and mentor development team members.
Lead design discussions and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
Manage database design, optimization, and performance tuning activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Ensure adherence to security, quality, and performance standards.

Qualification:
5–7 years of experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
Extensive experience with React and up-to-date JavaScript frameworks.

• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.v • Solid understanding of REST APIs, message queues, and distributed systems.
Expertise in SQL Server, database optimization, and query performance tuning.
