Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Conduct initial vehicle inspection and accurately record customer complaints in the Job Card.
Explain the required service, estimated costs, and expected delivery time to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
Identify additional repair/service requirements and obtain customer approval before proceeding.
Ensure all jobs mentioned in the Job Card are completed as per prescribed standards.
Conduct a final inspection and ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery.
Explain the work carried out, invoice details, and maintenance requirements during vehicle delivery.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager.
Conduct post-service follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant service/CRM systems.
Support achievement of customer satisfaction, service revenue, retention, and other dealership targets.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / Degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership is preferred.
Freshers with relevant automobile knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered for trainee positions.
Good knowledge of vehicle systems and basic service procedures.
Robust customer-handling and communication skills.
Positive coordination, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Customer-focused with a skilled attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
