Coworkerzone is looking for a confident, energetic, and well-spoken Fresher to join our team as a Front Desk & Client Relations Executive.

The role will be responsible for welcoming visitors and prospective clients, understanding their workspace requirements, conducting qualified tours of the coworking facility, explaining our workspace solutions and services, and regularly following up with prospective clients to convert enquiries into memberships.

The candidate will also be required to travel to different Coworkerzone locations to conduct site visits and show suitable workspace options to prospective clients. This position is ideal for a fresher who enjoys interacting with people, is confident in communication, and wants to build a career in client relations, sales, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Welcome and professionally greet all visitors, clients, and guests.
Understand the purpose of the visitor's visit and direct them appropriately.
Maintain a skilled and friendly reception area.




Handle incoming calls and basic client enquiries.
Maintain visitor and enquiry records.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding scheduled client meetings and visits.
Ensure every visitor receives a positive experience at Coworkerzone.
Client Enquiry Handling
Attend enquiries received through calls, walk-ins, website, social media, and other channels.
Understand the client's requirements, including:
Number of seats required
Private cabin requirements
Dedicated desk requirements
Meeting room requirements
Office duration
Location preference
Budget and other requirements
Provide basic information about Coworkerzone's available workspace solutions.
Collect and maintain accurate client enquiry details.
Schedule site visits for prospective clients.
Coworking Space Tours
Conduct qualified tours of Coworkerzone facilities for prospective clients.
