We are looking for a Head of Façade Design to lead design strategy, drive technical excellence, and manage complex façades across commercial, hospitality, and high-rise developments.

What Youll Do:

- Lead and mentor a team of façade engineers and designers.

- Develop detailed façade concepts, system designs, and material specifications.

- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and façade consultants to align design and performance.

- Ensure compliance with structural loads, energy performance, acoustic, fire, and sustainability standards.

- Review mock-ups, technical submittals, and prototype testing.

- Balance aesthetics,



constructability, and cost-efficiency.

- Coordinate with execution teams to resolve site design issues and implementation challenges.

What Were Looking For:

- 1218 years of experience in façade design (consultant or contractor side).

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, and performance analysis tools.

- Deep knowledge of façade systems: unitized curtain walls, ACP, stone cladding, glazing, louvers, GRC, and custom façades.

- Familiarity with Indian and international façade standards (IS, NBC, ASTM, BS, EN).

- Experience with complex geometries and signature building envelopes is a robust advantage
