About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can manage executive coordination, track priorities, support decision-making, and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and priorities.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Technology, Sales, and other teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables and follow up with respective teams.
Prepare MIS, reports, dashboards, and business summaries for management review.
Handle basic calculations, data analysis, costing, revenue/expense calculations, and financial comparisons as required.
Prepare presentations, Excel reports, trackers, and management updates.
Collect and consolidate data from different teams for decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and company information.
Assist the CEO in planning, reviewing, and monitoring key business initiatives.
Identify pending tasks, delays,



and coordination gaps and proactively escalate them.
Manage internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO when required.
Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking MoM/action items.
Ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned with the CEO’s priorities.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with valuable understanding of calculations and data handling.
Robust follow-up and organizational abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
Solid attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and proactively.

Preferred Profile
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Trainee, Business Analyst, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
