Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
Prepare working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Handle project planning and execution from concept to completion.
Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with site teams.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
Ensure projects are completed within the required timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of architectural design and construction.
Excellent understanding of materials, detailing, and execution.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/Revit, Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape, and MS Office.
Knowledge of other relevant architectural/design tools is an advantage.
Requirements:
B.Arch qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
