Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission CNC/VMC machines at customer sites.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.
Troubleshoot CNC controllers, servo drives, spindle systems, PLCs, sensors, and related components.
Handle machine breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
Conduct machine alignment, geometry checks, calibration, and performance verification.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Prepare service reports, breakdown reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
Support warranty claims, spare-parts identification, and replacement activities.
Coordinate with internal engineering, production, spare-parts, and service teams for issue resolution.
Identify recurring technical problems and perform root-cause analysis.
Train customer operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and basic maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and service quality standards.
Support AMC/CMC service activities and customer maintenance requirements.
