Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures in management and related specialization areas.
Prepare course plans, teaching materials, case studies, assignments and assessments.
Use contemporary teaching methods, including case-based learning, simulations, experiential learning and technology-enabled teaching.
Mentor and guide students on academics, projects, internships and career development.
Undertake research, publish papers in reputed journals and contribute to conferences and academic activities.
Develop industry linkages and facilitate guest lectures, corporate interactions and live projects.
Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, examination and evaluation activities.
Contribute to accreditation, quality assurance, documentation and institutional committees.
Guide students in dissertations, research projects and other academic work.
Participate actively in seminars, workshops,



FDPs and other institutional initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
Ph.D. in Management / relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Master's degree in Management / relevant discipline with a First Class
Relevant teaching and research experience as per UGC / AICTE norms.
Solid research orientation with publications in reputed journals.
Industry experience and skilled certifications will be an added advantage.
