Job Description – HR Generalist (Hospital)

Position: HR Generalist
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager / Head – HR
Location: Tellapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee confirmation process.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Monitor biometric attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and overtime records.
Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing with Finance.
Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, and Shops & Establishments Act.
Handle employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, resignations, and full & final settlements.
Address employee grievances and support disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
Coordinate performance appraisal, probation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
Organize employee orientation, compliance training, and development programs.




Support NABH documentation, audits, and HR compliance requirements.
Coordinate with Department Heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower dashboards, and monthly HR analytics.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure adherence to HR policies.
Support hospital administration in day-to-day HR operations and other assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications
MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
Core hospital HR experience is mandatory.
