Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Tour Operations Executive – Trainee to join our travel team. The candidate will learn and assist in planning, coordinating, and executing domestic and international tour packages while ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating tour packages and itineraries.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other travel partners.
Prepare and update tour itineraries, quotations, and travel documents.
Handle booking confirmations and follow up with vendors.
Assist customers with travel-related queries and requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
Monitor tour schedules, transportation, accommodation, and other arrangements.
Support customers during tours and help resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and vendor communications.
Learn and stay updated on destinations, attractions, hotels, and travel services.




Ensure all tour arrangements are completed on time and as planned.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Willingness to learn about travel destinations and tour operations.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Flexibility to handle occasional weekend or holiday requirements.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Basic understanding of hotel, flight, and transportation bookings.
Customer service skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Knowledge of additional Indian or foreign languages is an advantage.
